Acting is a chance to play and explore characters—how they think, feel, and react.

I started in middle school with Death By Dessert as the Maitre D, followed by Thoroughly Modern Millie, Romeo and Winifred (as Romeo), and Hairspray.

After theater, I acted in comedy shorts with friends. In college, I got serious about filmmaking, starting TurtlePod to improve my acting and create enjoyable content.

LUIGI’S APARTMENT

In this video, I play a traumatized Luigi, struggling with the death of his brother Mario. I aimed to bring a sense of hopelessness to the role while incorporating classic elements that pay homage to the character.

ZOMBRO, THE CERTIFIED BREAD DEALER

In this role, I played a nonchalant zombie who has adapted to the real world but still struggles to get by. With ironic themes, I aimed to bring a fun, lighthearted, and goofy touch to the character.

THE ARTIST

For my Film Directing class final at Michigan State, it was my first time directing while acting. I’m proud of what I accomplished both in front of and behind the camera. Going in, I had all my lines memorized and a clear vision, so it was all about effectively communicating with the crew to ensure everything went smoothly.
